WHAT THIS RETREAT IS NOT?

While our time together is deeply nourishing, this is not a spiritual retreat.  You won't find Reiki sessions, guided meditation or yoga classes here.  What you will find is creativity, community, practical skills, shared meals and a welcoming space where you can relax, be yourself, and maybe hear the occasional cuss word.
